CKL is proud to celebrate the hard work and dedication of Brodie Manson from our Hamilton survey team, who has recently completed his professional exams to become a Licensed Cadastral Surveyor. Since joining CKL in 2021, Brodie has pursued this challenging qualification, which is a significant milestone in any surveyor's career.

Achieving licensure involves years of dedication, including extensive hands-on experience across cadastral surveying, resource management planning, and land development engineering. The journey also requires passing the cadastral law exam and submitting a portfolio of project work to a review board, culminating in a professional interview in Wellington.

Reflecting on his experience, Brodie shared that submitting his projects, all in hard copy, was a major milestone in his journey. The guidance and support from CKL’s experienced team were invaluable throughout this process. Brodie’s mentor, Adam Musa, alongside other senior colleagues, provided the mentorship needed to build his skills and confidence, helping him reach this career-defining achievement.

Brodie’s success underscores CKL’s commitment to supporting our surveyors through every step of their professional development. With a strong network of talented professionals and a culture of shared learning, we’re proud to see Brodie join the ranks of our licensed cadastral surveyors, ready to contribute his expertise to our clients.
