Earlier in October the Government announced funding for a series of critical infrastructure projects to kick-start new housing developments, of which the Galbraith Street catchment area in Ngaruawahia received $5.32 million for three waters and transport infrastructure.
CKL client Next Construction is a key developer for the housing project, and our team has been working with Next providing the full suite of our services including surveying, planning, transport and environmental engineering. CKL has also been working with Waikato District Council on feasibility work in the Festival Way area.
This infrastructure funding will unlock housing development in the town, enabling approximately 200 new homes, with some construction already underway.
