CKL are proud to be part of the large-scale development that has been taking place at 264 West Hoe Heights, Orewa since 2015, also known as Halls Farm. The development consists of 4 stages of vacant lot subdivision sections (approx. 300 lots), and as of the beginning of 2023, Stages 1 and 3 are fully complete with homes built and the subdivision works within Stage 2 currently being finalised.
As it has progressed, we have provided a wide range of services to the development including civil engineering, transportation engineering, surveying and planning. We are all looking forward to seeing the continuation of the development in the upcoming year. In the meantime, check out the latest photos of the site from the team on the ground!
