CKL are thrilled to announce the approval of resource consent for yet another Gemscott project, 180 Portage Road, 4 and 6 McDonald Road, Papatoetoe.
Approval was granted for the construction of sixteen new two-storey two-bedroom dwellings in Papatoetoe along with a communal play area for residents. All dwellings have large outdoor living spaces, and direct street access increasing the amenity value for future residents.
CKL contributed to the development process right across the board including planning, civil engineering, stormwater engineering, transportation, and surveying. CKL partnered with A studio who provided the architectural design, and Greenwood Associates who provided the landscaping design. The entire CKL team are proud to have designed a high-quality residential development offering sixteen architecturally designed homes for those in South Auckland.
