CKL’s Transport team has recently been in the Far North, assisting with a subdivision where the future dwellings will be constructed and trucked onto the site. This requires careful consideration to make sure not only that the future residents have appropriate access to their dwellings, but also that the house moving trucks are able to transport their wide cargo between vegetation, cross over bridges, avoid steep banks and climb steep topography.
However, one benefit of checking the access opportunities for such a site is being able to take a moment to enjoy the spectacular view out to the ocean!
