We’re pleased to see construction start on CORT Community Housing’s latest project, partnering with ACC to deliver ten apartments in Papakura. Half of the apartments will be wheelchair accessible and all will have large open living spaces and private outdoor areas.
Plus, CORT Community Housing has also just received a building consent for their 15 Pomaria Road development in Henderson. This development is a mixture of one and two bedroom apartments with car parks and great outdoor areas. Ground floor units will be accessible with ramps and footpaths, and the development is close to schools, supermarkets and other amenities.
We are looking forward to seeing the Pomaria Road project construction start soon too.
