Americold is the world’s largest publicly traded REIT focused on the ownership, operation, acquisition, and development of temperature-controlled warehouses.
The company has recently invested approximately $65 million in an expansion of its Dalgety Drive cold store site in Wiri, Auckland including new office space. With the works recently completed, this has increased the site’s capacity by approximately 4.6 million cubic feet and approximately 27,000 pallet positions bringing much needed capacity to the Auckland and North Island markets.
CKL provided civil engineering design and construction review services through the concept, design and construction phases, working collaboratively with the project team to successfully deliver the project.
