This project is a multi-stage greenfield residential property development being led by the experienced team at North View Capital Limited.
It is a mixed density offering with approximated 180 lots planned. Stage 1 is nearly finished with roads, raingardens and parking bays under construction.
The site is located in the Peacocke’s area in southern Hamilton, a fast developing and emerging suburb. Improved roading infrastructure connecting Peacocks to central Hamilton has significantly enhanced the development potential of the area.
CKL has delivered a wide range of civil engineering services supported with survey activity. The civil engineering design had to deliver roading, three waters and building platforms over a steep and challenging site topography, which required significant retaining works.
The broader project team required CKL to work seamlessly with a range of consultants providing complementary services to deliver the right outcomes for our client.
