With her relationship-building skills and Diploma in Human Resources Management, Wendy sits across a range of responsibilities: implementing strategies for recruiting, developing and retaining employees, enhancing employee experience and engagement, internal communication and performance management.
Through the analysis of data from these key areas, and clear communication with all stakeholders, Wendy shapes and protects the special culture that exists at CKL.
